My place is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, the beach, supermarket is walking distance, all services, nightlife and variety of souvenirs, and shops. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, close to the pool but not too close! there are several pools to enjoy, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Condo has lush gardens, nice front patio and balcony on the second level.


It is a private fully equipped two bedroom villa for 6 people located in the residential Las Palmas in Playa del Coco. This villa is located just 5 minutes walk from the beach. It has two exclusive pool areas for guests. It is located close to restaurants, activities for families, supermarket, nightlife, variety of souvenirs and shops. Great outdoor space, close to the pool, but not too close! There are several pools to enjoy, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It has lush gardens, nice front yard and balcony on the second level. The condo is in a great location, very easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Only 20 minutes driving to the LIR (Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport); the property includes private and secure parking lot, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.



The apartment offers a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a fully equipped laundry room, one full bathroom plus a half-bath (additional toilet), two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed), a balcony in both bedrooms, and a covered outdoor corridor with outdoor furniture. The stay includes unlimited access to all the complex's swimming pools and 24-hour secure parking for one car.


Guests have access to the entire apartment and common areas such as swimming pools and gardens.


The property manager, who lives and works near the apartment, is available to offer assistance during your stay. She and I are always available by cell phone via calls and texts.


El Coco (Playas del Coco), where my apartment is located, is a coastal community situated in the district of Sardinal, Carrillo, in the province of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It is the fastest-growing tourism zone in the Gulf of Papagayo and one of the most popular vacation destinations for both locals and international travelers.

'El Coco' is a premier hub for water activities, including scuba diving, sailing, sport fishing, and surf tours to the world-famous Witch’s Rock and Ollie’s Point. This thriving community is located 40 km from Liberia, the provincial capital, and just 20 minutes from the Daniel Oduber International Airport (LIR) which is the Guanacaste international airport.

The climate is warm and dry from November to May, and humid from late May to early November, with intermittent rainfall—except for October, the month with the most frequent rain. The average annual temperature is 27°C (81°F). As the largest community in the Gulf of Papagayo, El Coco offers a wide range of hotels and restaurants, full-service supermarkets, banks, tour operators, a port authority, souvenir shops, medical centers, spas, a post office, casinos, and nightclubs.

In recent years, through the collaboration of volunteers, organized groups, investors, and local authorities, significant improvements have been made. These include paving major roads, constructing new sidewalks, enhancing police resources, maintaining urban infrastructure and green areas, keeping beaches clean, and even building a new aqueduct, among many other pro-development initiatives.


We recommend bringing your own car (or a rental). We offer private parking with 24-hour security. Taxi services are available in the area. We can also offer private transfers to and from the airport at a lower cost than a taxi; if you would like this option, please coordinate it with the apartment owner.
